Who Are We?

We are a family owned, and operated, small business who's goal is to ensure the safety and well being of the horses in our care, and to provide an environment that is conducive to the healthy development of horse-rider relationship.

We are Teachers, Veterans and Horse owners. Therefore we strongly believe in education, service, commitment and the benefits that come from being around horses.

Our philosophy is simple, in order to achieve our goal one must have direction, a plan and the discipline to see it through.

It is through the implementation of our facility maintenance, risk and pasture management plans that we attempt to provide a more safe and healthier place to board your horse(s).

Our Facility Maintenance Plan includes routine daily safety "walk-throughs" of our common areas, stables and paddocks in order to identify any issue that requires immediate attention, for example broken gates, fence mending, leaking water lines, etc. Also, the conduct of an annual safety inspections and facility development plan.

Our Risk Management Plan enables us to identify and mitigate potential  health and physical risks and hazards.

And lastly, but not least, is our Pasture Management Plan that is geared toward the establishment and maintenance of long lasting healthy pastures, while yielding a higher total digestive nutrition (TDN) value for your horse. This is achieved by limiting the number of horses boarded in our facilities, pasture rotations and established turn-out times (and average of 6-8 hours per day) that allows the pasture to rest during the night.
